Hildebrand Ridge Organic Vineyard
Hildebrand ridge is an Organic vineyard and uses Organic method to produce our wines. We follow the sustainable farming method and will embrace lower yields in an effort to tend and care for our land. We do not use Insecticides and use traditional methods to control mildews.
Our cellar door is at the top of Hildebrand road ridge and offers stunning views of the foot hills of Melbourne. In the past years we have also become a venue for musicians and poets to present their craft and have hosted local and international acts in an acoustic concert presentation. A perfect wedding venue which is both rustic and charming. Wood fired pizza, deserts and expresso coffee are offeredwith our wine selection.
Regular Opening Hours: Open from 11.30 every Saturday morning
Wine Varieties: Our wines are the Chardonnay, pinot and cabernet varieties.
